My name is Emily. I live in tiny town (okay, technically city) in far western Kentucky. Hence the name I’ve given this thing. I’m a mom, wife, total weirdo and fan of many, many things. I have a degree in print journalism, but have used the writing portion of it very little since I graduated from college 13 years ago. And now I feel old. Anyway, I actually miss writing, not the reporting because being scared to talk to strangers and good reporting just don’t mix, so I decided to do this and put some words down occasionally. I have no rhyme or reason going into this, so let’s all keep our expectations low. Disappointment for all!
